This individual would act as our patients’ partner and advocate on their road to recovery, from diagnosis to the completion of rehabilitation. Patient’s medical history and condition evaluation based on their symptoms. Examine spine and posture. Diagnose and treat by manual re - aligning the spine and adjusting joints. Use heat, cold, massage therapy and other methods to treat patients.

Carly graduated with a B.S. in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Pittsburgh and went on to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami. During her clinical affiliations, Carly had the opportunity to practice under APTA certified Fellows of Orthopedic Physical Therapy and hone in on her manual skills. Carly’s interests include sports, orthopedic, post-operative and post-partum rehabilitation. Carly has completed extensive continuing education in women’s health and pelvic floor rehabilitation through the prestigious Herman and Wallace Institute. She is passionate about helping women through every stage of life and has treated conditions including diastasis recti, prolapse, dyspareunia and urinary incontinence. In her free time, she enjoys paddle boarding, skiing and mountain biking.
Dr. Prakash Ramani completed his undergraduate studies at Rutgers State University of New Jersey. He graduated The Rutgers School of Environmental and Biological Sciences with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science & Sport Studies with a minor in Nutrition. Thereafter, he attended New York Chiropractic College, where he graduated and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. Dr. Ramani is a board certified chiropractic physician credentialed by the National Board of Chiropractic Physicians, and holds a New Jersey & New York chiropractic license.
Dr. Ramani is passionate about providing both patient-centered and relationship-centered care within a fully integrated healthcare system in an effort to help patients achieve optimal recovery and increased productivity. He has strong interests in soft tissue rehabilitation and believes in treating the whole person; not just the symptom and customizing treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
During his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, paintballing, cycling, volunteering at Clifton Friends of the Shelter, and spending time with his friends and family.
Clifford graduated from William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science where he developed a strong interest in exercise physiology and rehabilitation. He then went on to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Rutgers University in Newark, NJ in 2017. Throughout his clinical rotations, Clifford had the opportunity to deliver specialized care to a wide patient base seeking Physical Therapy for athletic injuries, neurological impairments, post-operative care, lower limb amputations and cardiopulmonary conditions.
As an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer, Clifford joins Maywood PT with a philosophy that fuses rehabilitation and fitness, and a focus on improving quality of life. Clifford plans on furthering his education and skills through various manual therapy and orthopedic based courses and certifications. During his free time, he enjoys running, playing music, and spending time with family and friends.
Allan completed a dual degree program at Seton Hall University, earning his Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2015 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017. During his time at Seton Hall, Allan was a research assistant for The Effect of Glenohumeral Taping in Women Presenting with Shoulder Pain Due to Infraspinatus Trigger Point Activity. He is proud to be an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the New Jersey Chapter, with specialties including joint/soft tissue mobilization, muscle energy techniques, high velocity low amplitude thrust maneuvers, myofascial release, strain counter-strain, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. Allan is also a certified USA weightlifting sports performance coach, and is looking forward to getting his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification in the future.
In his free time, Allan enjoys weightlifting, hiking, cycling, traveling, and experiencing new food.
Jeremy is a recent graduate of the School of Arts and Sciences at Rutgers State University in New Brunswick. At Rutgers, he acquired his B.S. degree in Exercise Science and Sport Studies with a focus on applied kinesiology and a minor in psychology. During Jeremy's studies at Rutgers, he gained experience in the field of physical therapy as an intern for Kessler Rehabilitation. Jeremy hopes to continue his education to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In the meantime, Jeremy is working on certifications in a number of different fields including becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
Ira graduated at Healthcare Training Institute in Union for medical billing and coding. He is also certified from the National Healthcare Association. He enjoys going to the gym and watching movies.
Jungyup Song is a NJ, NY, and CA licensed acupuncturist and holds a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine from National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). He graduated the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, in New York, with a degree of Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM). Dr. Song earned the degree of Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine(DAOM) with a specialty in pain management from South Baylo University in Los Angeles, where he learned advanced acupuncture skills. He developed advanced knowledge of patient assessment and diagnosis while learning and studying clinical researches, clinical supervision, teaching, and collaborating with other healthcare providers. He focuses on Evidence-based medicine (EBM) for better quality of acupuncture service and holistic approach.
Keilie Lopez is currently studying at Passaic Community College working towards her Associates Degree in Nursing. She has previous experience in patient administration from her years of working in medical offices. Keilie hopes to further on with her education and one day become a nurse practitioner. On her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
